single I Got You Babe, which reached # 1 on the charts on both sides of the Atlantic.
The album itself was ranked No. 2 in the U.S. and # 7 in the UK (the highest achievement for
duo). In 1954, the 19-year-old Salvatore Bono, left home and went

XTC - group formed in 1976 in Swindon, which has become an important part of the new wave
